Glenna is a health coach who works with people to improve their health.

Glenna knows that a Whole Food Plant Based Lifestyle can improve your overall health, increase energy levels, decrease pain and inflammation and help lose and maintain weight loss.  She improved her own health in 6 months, decreased her cholesterol, got rid of inflammation and pain in her knees, lost 20 pounds and kept it off by changing her lifestyle to Whole Food Plant Based Lifestyle.  Her doctor told her several times at her last physical at the age of 67 that she was very healthy.   

She has supported people struggling with chronic diseases and other health issues that keep them from living their ideal life, like being able to take long walks, playing with their grandchildren, garden, have energy like they did when they were younger, sleeping through the night without pain, eating delicious food and being able to maintain weight loss.

Glenna holds a Bachelors Degree in Education from Colorado State University and is certified in Nutrition through Cornell University and the Food Revolution Network in Nutrition and Coaching.

Outside of the passion of coaching, Glenna enjoys time with her  grandchildren, staying active, taking walks with her dog, doing research on nutrition, and trying new recipes.  What she has found to be most rewarding is helping friends and family find ways to improve their health with a Whole Food Plant Based Lifestyle.
